Dating back to 1770, there is a long list of famous personalities who have lived on this property, currently known as Villa Cademartori: from its original family of German bankers, famous for their literary gatherings, to the businessman who gave it its present name, and including various show business and sports celebrities, this villa is one of the most desirable residences in the Lake Como area.
Villa Cademartori is a splendid three-story edifice in neoclassical style, with a small tower on the right side: the main floor is defined by a series of windows with pediments and its statue lined terrace supported by a Doric portico.
The residence is immersed in a lush park with centuries old trees, including a gigantic sycamore and a unique Lebanon cedar.
